Wells B-506 Built-In 36″ Wide Charbroiler has a stainless-steel top and sides that make this broiler one of the most durable in the industry. Self-cleaning elements are positioned between the broiler grate ribs to protect against direct food contact and spatula abrasion and are protected by the heavy-duty cast-iron grates and provide two heat zones for flexibility in broiling. Temperature is regulated by two individual infinite controls that are recessed in a one-piece, drawn, stainless steel panel. Wellslock allows for quick and easy installation and a lift-out, drawn drip pan with handles, and a grate scraper/brush are provided.
