Prep school in Groton, MA. It included a new servery and full prep kitchen, and equipment on 2 floors in a historic building. Included exhaust hoods, walk-ins, a bakery, and full prep kitchen as well as a la carte kitchen in the servery.

The Landing at Hyline Cruise Terminal

Hyannis, MA

Kitchen and Cafeteria in Hyannisport, MA. It included a prep kitchen to prep the food sold on the ferry boats offering service to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, two separate bars and a new restaurant offering local seafood and grilled items, and a new coffee shop for ferry passengers to grab a coffee before getting on the ferries.
